As you may or may not know the EU and NI are bringing in a new regulation known as GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) which is aimed at ensuring the safety of products that aren’t already regulated like food, cosmetics etc are and holding sellers accountable for any recalls, issues or risks.
On its surface these regulations are a much needed, positive change for consumer safety. Sadly the biggest requirement is for all sellers to have a representative based in the EU to hold the data for each and every product being imported. Something that simply isn’t economically viable for many small businesses, including our own.

Sadly this means that from the 13th December when the regulations take effect we’ll no longer be able to offer shipping to the EU or NI.

We’re deeply saddened to have to make this decision as we value our customers in the EU (Ya’ll are amazing). The second anything changes or we find a viable solution we’ll make EU shipping available again!
